About Me.

Hi! I’m Carlos, the creator and founder of Droptraining, a Higher Technician in Physical Preparation and Personal Trainer originally from Chile, now based in Australia. With over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I bring together academic knowledge and international certifications in performance preparation, biomechanics, sports nutrition, recovery, and coaching.

I have worked with a wide range of people from beginners to competitive athletes across sports such as tennis, soccer, volleyball, and martial arts.

My mission is clear: to help you move better, get stronger, and build lasting habits through programs designed around your goals.

What is Droptraining?

Droptraining was born as my final university project and has since evolved into a structured training method that is transforming lives in Australia, Chile, the United States, and beyond.

Droptraining is an innovative sport-specific fitness and longevity training method, designed for athletes, recreational players, and active individuals who want to improve performance while protecting their health over the long term. The method is suitable for youth athletes, competitive players, adults, and older active populations, adapting to different stages of life and levels of experience.

Our approach is inspired by leading experts in sports science and training methodology, including Tudor Bompa, Yuri Verkhoshansky, Horacio Anselmi, and others—ensuring a system grounded in scientific principles and proven methodologies.
